Executive Chef Jonathan Holden As one of the chef’s involved in the opening of the Spencer’s concept in 1998, Chef Jonathan has been an important part of Spencer’s history. Chef Jonathan has helped to maintain Spencer’s rich tradition of providing guests with unsurpassed quality of food paired with exceptional service for over 12 years now. Chef Jonathan was born in Spokane and with over 18 years of experience, has an exciting blend of educational and technical experience, including private, corporate and fine dining restaurants, resorts and hotels. He has worked with classic French, Mexican, Asian, Northwest, California, Southwestern, American Steakhouse and Native American foods and cuisine. Chef Jonathan considers himself a humble chef with a passion for food, people and learning. Chef Jonathan has lead the Spencer’s team to over 7 consecutive first place victories in the annual Epicurean Delight and is heavily involved as a service volunteer in the community. Chef Jonathan’s commitment to quality and passion for food and people make him an asset to Spencer’s For Steaks and Chops Spokane. |
