| Jonathan Holden Jonathan Holden is executive chef at Spencer's for Steaks and Chops at the Doubletree Spokane City Center. Chef Holden is a Spokane native, with over 15 years of cooking experience in the Inland Northwest. His resume includes such acclaimed properties as the Port Angeles Crab House and the Quinault Beach Resort and Casino. He joined Spencer's in March of 2001 as sous chef and has helped build a loyal following of local guests and travelers who can't wait to return to Spokane to visit Spencer's for Steaks and Chops. Chef Holden has established a tradition at Spencer's of serving the best steaks and seafood in town while providing the most attentive service imaginable to guests and patrons. |
